The Forge never sleeps. We offer 24/7 access for all Elite and Pro members. Starter members have access from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.

Elite members receive 4 guest passes per month. Guests must sign a waiver at the front desk and must be accompanied by the member at all times.

No hidden traps. You can pause your membership for up to 3 months via the GYM RAT mobile app or by visiting the front desk. Cancellations require a 30-day notice.

Absolutely. We have a team of certified elite coaches specializing in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and HIIT. Pro memberships include 2 sessions per month.
